At Kutstomed Hair Studio, we take pride in the quality of our products and client satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below regarding retail product purchases.

 

1. Refund Eligibility & Conditions

Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of management and must meet all of the following criteria:

• Timeframe: All refund requests must be initiated within 72 hours of the original purchase. After 72 hours, all sales are strictly final.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid, original store-issued receipt is mandatory for any refund or exchange processing.

• Product Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging. Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with is ineligible for a refund or exchange.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items & Services

• Salon Services: Fees paid for hair styling, consultations, treatments, or other salon services are non-refundable.

• Opened Products: Any hair care or beauty products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to health and safety standards.

• Final Sale Items: Sale, promotional, or clearance items are non-refundable.

 

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an unopened product within the 72-hour window:

1. Bring the unopened product and your original store-issued receipt directly to our studio location.
